Вот чё кажет Cisco: ERROR: The 'Console Overrun' error may be caused by a bad console port. The terminal may be pushing data faster than the router's console can accept it. TRY THIS: Make sure that you do not have the console terminal key down. During reload, if you hold down one of the console terminal keys 'Console Overrun' message appears due to overflow of console buffer. Try to disconnect the console cable from the terminal while restarting to see if the device boots properly. Нет. У меня тоже были такие мысли, но клава работает нормально да порт на компе менял. Эффект остался.

Фирменный кабель киски с её же переходником на компорт. Всё время пользовался - проблем небыло.
