Фактычно не отдавалась зона НИ С ОДНОГО dns'а (1-4): я проверял dnstracer'ом несколько раз подряд: ни разу не было получения Auth answer'а, что по .ru что по .ua

Отсутствие пресс-релиза подчеркивает что там не всё прозрачно. PS: Попутно еще два DNS'а, обслуживающих UA отваливались таймаутом. ну полег у них ns4, ну с зон yandex.ru и yandex.ua его убрали из нс-ов, а в whois-е не поменяли.
