Ethernet address 8:0:20:da:ae:bf, Host ID: 80daaebf. В vfstab есть запись /dev/dsk/c0t3d0s7 /dev/rdsk/c0t3d0s7 /disk3 ufs 2 yes

А что мешает поfsckать ?

не fsckатится из-за отсутствие таковой - /dev/rdsk/c0t3d0s7: No such device or address bash-2.05# fsck -y /dev/rdsk/c0t3d0s7 Can't open /dev/rdsk/c0t3d0s7
