Вот с SI-2000 и надо было начинать... Не будет работать. Может быть будет по SS7 но циско этого не умеет. SI-2000 - наша "военная" разработка имеющая ОСНОВНУЮ цель быть НЕСОВМЕСТИМОЙ с забугорными телефонными сетями :-( Там и обычные телефоны не работают...
