Типа все зашибись, балансировка должна осуществляться по принципу per-packet по четырем интерфейсам.
При этом загрузка интерфейсов неравномерная - Fa4/25 тащит почти сотку (output rate), остальные - в разнобой:

аналогичная конфигурация настроена с ответной стороны и, как видно из статистики выше (input rate), распределение нагрузки практически равномерное - около 30Mbps per interface.
Конфигурация интерфейсов примитивная:
