Балансировать Dst и Src пробовали - эфекта нет. В конфиге ниже есть строка
port group 1 distribution destination
Ясно. Поставте на интерфейсах load-interval 30 Так нагляднее видно скоко ездит трафика.. Может не все так плохо. :) Если балансировка критична - то лучше ее сделать на роутерах.. С помощью eigrp например.
