Это даёт возможность выбрать распределение бюджета RIPE NCC на следующий год.
Регистрация на general meeting (GM) делается через LIR portal, сначала нужно зайти через пароль RIPE access и далее выбрать опцию голосования электронным бюллетенем.
От каждого LIR есть один голос, включая случаи, когда зарегистрировано два аккаунта для одной компании (чтоб еще /22 получить).
Ещё есть голосование программного комитета и голосование представителя в ICANN ASO AC.
