А что "sh ip bg ЭТОТ_PREFIX" говорит?

Получается, что prefix received, but not learned. Не могу понять в чем проблема.

sh ip bgp n yy.yy.yy.yy adv с его стороны показывает advertised routes честно.

Помогите понять в чем проблема.
