вообще ничего нигде не происходит. смущает то, что нету комманд для задания параметров sip, авторизации, и т.д.
оно не пытается авторизироваться на софтсвиче.... в логах на всех железках тишина. как оно вообще настраивается? схема включения будет такой:
softswitch <-sip-> c3810 <-E1-> AVAYA

Не поддерживает 3810 авторизации по SIP , по крайне мере я не смог найти нужный ios
