Some backbone cables were cut nearby Kyiv and it impaired communications with entire Western part of the country. ISPs are amending this failure by enabling backup channels but their capacity is limited.
At this moment there is no clear estimate for complete resolution. It may take about 3 hours or maybe more.
We will inform you when issue will be fixed.
