We are glad to announce that Service Diagnostics 2.0 CFM Diagnostics Scripts are now ready for download at http://www.cisco.com/go/iossd !

 

In this release, we introduced a set of tcl-based embedded automation scripts that

·         Provides automated  troubleshooting for Ethernet service failures using IEEE 802.1ag (Connectivity Fault Management, CFM) protocol

·         Provides automated actions (interface state changes) based on IEEE 802.1ag failure detection 

·         Developed and supported by Cisco

·         Fully tested on ME-3400 and ME-3400E platforms running 12.2(52)SE IOS image

·         Features user friendly menu driven installation and configuration
