Note: Understanding the 'Fixed In Version' field - Sometimes the
fixed-in version
specified may not be available for download from the IOS Upgrade Planner. This
is because, bug fixes are incorporated into software versions which
have not been
regression tested. These builds are called interim images and will have a "."
in the build number found between the parenthesis, for example
12.3(8.1). The bug
fix will be in the next available image, and all later images. So if a
bug is fixed
in 12.3(8.1), the bug fix is present in 12.3(9), 12.3(10), and so on.
REFERENCE: For more information on how IOS images are named, see Cisco IOS White
Paper.
The failure was caused by a software defect.
The stack trace decoded symbols are:
isdnmain
signal_receive
usecdelay
Possible bug matches are listed below. Bugs with a score of .90 or more
are the most likely candidates:

Cisco Error Messages Decoder говорит следующее:
1. %ALIGN-3-SPURIOUS: Spurious memory access made at [hex] reading [hex]
A spurious access occurs when a process attempts to read from the lowest region of memory. This portion of memory is reserved and should never be accessed. An attempted read operation to this region of memory is usually caused by the return of a nonexisting value to a function in the software.
Recommended Action: The system has detected the illegal access and was able to correct it without a system failure. This condition indicates a software failure. To take advantage of recent fixes, upgrade your system to the latest Cisco IOS software release in your release train. If this message recurs, enter the show log, show alignment and show tech-support commands, contact your Cisco technical support representative, and provide the representative with the gathered information.

3. %ALIGN-3-SPURIOUS_SO: Spurious memory access made at [chars] reading [chars]
An illegal attempt to access a low memory address within a router software component has been made. This attempt has been temporarily blocked.
Recommended Action: Issue the show alignment command to gather data that might help identify the nature of the error. If you cannot determine the nature of the error from the error message text or from the show alignment output, copy the message exactly as it appears on the console or in the system log. Research and attempt to resolve the issue using the tools and utilities provided at http://www.cisco.com/tac. With some messages, these tools and utilities will supply clarifying information. Search for resolved software issues using the Bug Toolkit at http://tools.cisco.com/Support/BugToolKit/action.do?hdnAction=searchBugs. If you still require assistance, open a case with the Technical Assistance Center via the Internet at http://www.cisco.com/cgi-bin/front.x/case_tools/caseOpen.pl, or contact your Cisco technical support representative and provide the representative with the information you have gathered. Attach the following information to your case in nonzipped, plain-text (.txt) format: the output of the show alignment, show logging and show tech-support commands and your pertinent troubleshooting logs.
