Напоминаю контекст, кому надо - с ночи любой несуществующий домен в .com и .net резолвится в этот IP, где сидят 1) WWW 2) SMTP робот который собирает адреса и тела писем возможно, что-то ещё.

В ukr.nodes приведён форвард письма verisign про это, но IMO это образец профессиональной демагогической непонятности и вешания лапши на уши.

Так вроде бы уже есть миханизм unsubscribe:
