После попытки подменить sendmail на exim вот чего поломалось :

  К чему бы это ?
Попробуй передать в
|/usr/local/bin/procmail
   Ладно, натаскал факов и доков, прояснилось.
Формат .forward надо менять.
"|/bin/sh -c /usr/local/bin/procmail"
